Our office is at 2913 Mishawaka Avenue in South Bend. We are right between 29th and 30th St. We are across the street from River Park Furniture and beside Brad’s Pro Shop. You will see a big HomeWorks Investments sign on our window.

If not you may want to click on some of the homes but your best bet is to pay a visit to our office. We will give you the no frills side of real estate before you buy so you don’t go in blindsided. We are truthful and we will lay it on the line.

The web site is currently setup as an auction site. But now we are using it as more of a listing site so if you see a price you like, that is what you will pay. There is plenty of information for each house and you will find various numbers to call on the different houses.
